I just wanted to say a little thank you for a few things.  First of all, thank you for such a wonderful experience with the listing of my home and the sale process.  These uncertain times definitely were different since I used to sell Real Estate in the booming days, so I truly didn’t know what to expect at this time.  I knew that I wanted an honest, hard working Realtor, knowledgeable in what they do and who would answer their phone calls and return them as well.  I wanted to find a Realtor to keep me updated and in the loop.  I knew that would be you.  Not only are you the most honest and hard working Realtor I know, you keep the relationship business like with an easy going friendship at the same time.

It was wonderful working with you Rick.  You managed to sell my house in under 2 weeks in the slowest market and during the beginning of fall, which wasn’t the best of times to place a house on the market in Virginia.  You kept everyone informed and made the process as painless and as smooth as possible.  It was truly amazing and very exciting working with you and your high energy of enthusiasm.  Even during the slowest times, you were still going strong and that says something of a Realtor.  With your knowledge and contacts, the closing of my home was such a wonderful experience.  Thank you again for your services.  Not only were you our wonderful Realtor, you were also our great neighbor.

We can not thank you enough for all that you have done for us over the past decade!  When we tell people that we bought our first house in Virginia ‘sight unseen’ they think we are crazy!  We tell them that when you have a real estate agent that is as good as Rick Stockel you can do things like that!

Rick was an invaluable resource every step of the way.
